If your orders are not executing on the broker, follow these steps. If the issue continues, contact the TradeAdapter support team.

  1. STEP 1 — Check that your TradingView strategy works

    In TradingView’s Strategy Tester tab, confirm that the strategy shows backtest results and that signals are generated as expected.

  2. STEP 2 — Check MyTrades

    Go to MyTrades. If there are errors in the broker response, they will appear there; follow the suggestions for those errors or contact support. If MyTrades is empty, TradingView alerts are not reaching TradeAdapter — check webhook/email and that the alert is firing.

  3. STEP 3 — Verify your broker setup steps

    Confirm you followed the exact guide for your broker at tradeadapter.com/instructions. Double-check the message format and Webhook URL. Steps can vary by broker.

  4. STEP 4 — Check TradingView Alert Log

    In TradingView, go to Alerts and check the Alert Log to see what was sent and where. This confirms whether the alert fired and whether the content is correct.
